• Keep the mission statement, goals and structure of the Association visible and accessible to the membership.
• Provide and promote opportunities for members to become actively involved with the Association.
• Incorporate diversity in all functions of the Association to create an inclusive environment.
• Explore and address the growing technological needs and opportunities of the Association.
• Practice sound financial practices to keep our members' costs affordable while honoring the values and mission of the Association.
• Evaluate and modify the organizational structure and operational procedures of the Association to respond to the needs of the membership.
