Host Committee

 

This committee is responsible for coordinating the overall planning and logistical components affiliated with holding the annual conference at a conference site within the region.

 

Committee Goals

  • Plan a successful annual conference that meets the needs of the members of our Association.
  • Be attentive to Association costs and meet technological expectations by providing conference registration and resources on-line.
  • Assist conference participants in successfully exploring all of the entertainment resources the Twin Cities has to offer.
  • Continue to create a well-documented timeline of activities and a comprehensive summary of the Host Committee responsibilities to assist future host chairs.
  • Create a positive image of the host(s) institutions and the host city with conference participants.
