Host Committee

This committee is responsible for coordinating the overall planning and logistical components affiliated with holding the annual conference at a conference site within the region.

Committee Goals

Plan a successful annual conference that meets the needs of the members of our Association.
Reduce Association costs and meet technological expectations by providing conference registration and resources on-line.
Develop a diverse list of entertainment and dining options available to conference participants.
Continue to create a well-documented timeline of activities and a comprehensive summary of the Host Committee responsibilities to assist future host chairs.
Create a positive image of the host(s) institutions and the host city with conference participants.
