* Summer Meeting Committee Members: Don't forget to book your room for the Summer Meetings June 6-8 at the Glacier Canyon Conference Center. The cut-off date to book your room is May 4th. Call 1.800.867.9453 and ask for the UMR-ACUHO block.

Check in is at 4pm, but you can pre-check in at 11am and get your wristband to use the waterpark facilities all day!

This committee is responsible for coordinating the overall planning and logistical components affiliated with holding the annual conference at a conference site within the region.

Committee Goals

• Plan a successful annual conference that meets the needs and goals of the members of our Association.
• Host a fun and productive summer meeting on the KU campus.
• Be sensitive to institutional and Association costs when making decisions.
• Share the entertainment and educational opportunities that can be found in the Wisconsin Dells area.
• Document Host 2012 activities through a timeline of responsibilities and comprehensive summary report of the summer meeting and annual conference to share with Executive Committee and future host chairs.
• Positively represent the University of Wisconsin - River Falls, the University of Wisconsin - Whitewater, UMR-ACUHO, and the state of Wisconsin.
