The Assessment and Information Management Committee conducted a Climate Study with 2006 conference attendees.  Throughout the next year leaders of UMR-ACUHO sought additional feedback on the results at the 2007 Summer Meeting, 2007 Conference, and our 2008 Winter Meeting. 

With this work and our on-going efforts, we hope to enhance inclusion, involvement, and community in UMR as well as provide knowledge and experience to those in our member schools.
